Daelin Usually I don't remember it when I wake up but I do remember it during the day. I see something and it makes me remember.

michaeldadona Ask yourself, did you take more meat in your meal?. If your answer is YES, reduce the quantity of intake or don't take it at all for seven(7) days and have more veggies on your meal. And see the difference.
