Please help me with my pregnant wife!

My wife has a lot of vomiting and is not eating well, I have been searching for some information but nothing works, so if you know some pregnancy general tips that can help in every stage will be apreciated.

ZuleykaRamos There is a pill that helps her so she dosent have to feel nauseous. in adition buy multy vitamins that helps her. And another thing that can help is heat water and put small towels in the water let it cool like a minute before puting the towels in her shest...
