i dont understand why do people learn a foriegn language. when they dont know all the vocabulary of their own mother tongue. they think they can master an alien lingo....without knowing their own.

rick615 I think this is a very valid question. I think you should be very skilled at your mother tongue, but the impetus to learn a foreign language is varied. Some are required in school; still others learn it because it is job required. Others do it for fun and...

onlyani1988 I also do agree with you....but at one point i would like to differ. Today man is not bound by geographical limitations. Today we are living in a Global Village...our planet have shortened in terms of barriers and boundaries. So in such times it's though not...
