Ok. Who will Hoist The Cup?

We are down to 4 teams. So who do you think will meet in the finals and who will hoist The Cup? Me? I went from wanting the Hawks to meet the Bruins, to The Habs Meeting the Sharks. I hope the Habs win in 6. How about you?

How's your posture?

Do you still maintain a good posture? The straight body kind of deal? Well, when I'm standing up and walking, I try to maintain a good posture. But when I am sitting down, it's kinda hard not to slouch. I just noticed lately...

aankara Yes... a stability ball is a large round rubber ball that is large enough to sit on! They are used in exercising.... I am a writer and have written about these!! Here is the link! I truly love sitting on my ball.....keeps my abs nice and tight and great...
