AbbyJ I would always support a friend even if I may not agree with them. We can respectfully disagree with each other. And yes, as long as the situation calls for my physical presence I will be there.

I reckon that starters like "hey gorgeous", "ur pretty" do not work very well. But what are the alternatives, it's often difficult to talk to people whom we don't know at all. And that's true for online dating or real life.
