Shavkat Indeed. We need to choose essential apps that need access on our phones. My usual practice is to check or research more about an app or apps before letting them have permission.

Shavkat Indeed. I am taking this matter very seriously. The course of action is to delete emails receiving or ads that keep popping up with notice on my phone.

Shavkat I must say that notions about it vary from one person to another. My grandma was so proud about her age, especially when reached the centennial age. She never felt bad about her aging process. Unfortunately, she died early this year aged 103.
