Kareng @TheHorse Not really! When they crow at night like that, it is mainly a warning that something is lurking close by. For starting the day, they start around day break. I find they are the quietest when it is raining or storming in the morning hours.

Kareng We have stayed home all week due to the snow here. Should be venturing out to our little town tomorrow for a couple of errands, refilling diesel tanks for heater and drug store stop. I hope the weather is good for you Monday for the dr. appointment!!
