Whitman Massachusetts firefighter Lt. Brian Trefry was at the right place at the right time on Sunday when he was driving his auto on his way to pick up his children when he saw smoke coming out of an auto on the other side of the highway.
Officer Trefry saw an auto that was on its side of a road stuck on a ravine. The SUV had caught fire after it flipped a few times in a single auto accident.
The woman was inside of the burning auto when Officer Trefry parked his auto on the side of the highway and pulled the woman out of the auto safely.
The woman was then taken by an ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital where she is stable condition.

Maybe the woman could not extricate herself from the car, and she might have perished if not for the action of this firefighter hero.

You are right since the firefighter had to work hard to the female driver from her danger zone.
