Dry garbage

Our local government is doing a good job collecting garbage from door to door. Once a week they come for dry garbage which mostly has plastic bags. I really do not know what they do with that stuff. If they are recycling it then that will be a great service that they will be doing While plastic bage can be recycled for making such as buckets the other dry stuff can be used as filler material. I have done that in our own house. The foundation for the seat you see in the picture is filled with dry garbage that is fortified with cement
