Would you buy a Toyota now that all their recalled vehicles hit the public media, or would you invest your money on another vehicle? And, do you think Toyota handled the situation effectively?

abenitez I agree, the way they handled things was just not very good. It is hard to believe that they care about consumers with the way they handled the situation.

abenitez Yeah but how do you know the new ones are actually safe. The ones that are being recalled were new at one point and the knew about the problems and put the vehicles out anyways.

abenitez I agree, they did a terrible job handling the situation. They jeapordized the safety of their consumers by fixing their production line vehicles first. This shows that all they care about is the bottom line wether or not it is safe for people to drive.

abenitez Yeah but the way they handled the situation was not the greatest. They actually knew about the problem way before they put the word out and just a took a wait and see what happens approach. That tells me that they are not as committed to quality and safety as...
