abhjth003 Ya. I do think so. I think dreams are meant to release one form the mental stress they have during the day. I have also read that those who don't sleep well (don't have sufficient Random Eye Movement sleep) may have day dreaming.

abhjth003 I don't think tea is that good.It is better to have green tea regularly. It is very good for health.It contains anti-oxidants which improves immunity. The tea we usually use is processed under a very high temperature so the anti oxidants are removed.
