Abishai das When you start after a gap then you must not lift heavy weights, maybe that's why your thighs are sore.

So, yesterday I went to play pickleball to get some badly needed exercise. The lady who is in charge of the group is quite old..She is at least 75..anyway, I don't go regularly..last time I went it was heaven as she was busy...

any body in India knows the result of assembly elections in five states. in this election i thought voters become some what matured. i thought people with different castes vote keeping in mind whether this leader is good for them...
