At what age are they adults?

I would just like to know who came up with the age limit that 17 for girl's and 18 for boys they are adults? I would just like to say that as a mother that is not true for all children!!! I think we should make it if you can hold...

abrilata For me, girls meet their adult stage when they have reached the age of 24, why? because 24 for me is the right age to marry and to have a family, you're an certified adult if you don't have fixations..

abrilata the nicest thing i've done was helping my friend to her studies not only bout the lessons in school but in financial for everyday use and the lodge although im a student too, i am happy because i helped someone.,
