when do you get up in the morning every day?

We will benefit from early sleep and early up. but it is not easy for me to insist in keeping that rule. I ususlly get up at 9 o'clock am and get to bed at lesst 11 o'clock pm! hou about you?do you think of this?

adam360 well,i get up at about 7 o'clock,hehe...maybe you will feel surprise.But i will told you that i am a student,so i have to get up early,for my study.So why can't you find something intersting or importent to do in the morning?something like the beautiful...
