adamk911 Janis, Thanks for the reply yes ive already purchased the house. Signed the papers on the 8th of this month. Right now im working on getting a home equity loan to do repairs on the house but im having alot of trouble with that. Thanks again Adam

With all these foreclosure and people in trouble why not help make a win-win situation. Banks instead of taking the home back why not lower the mortgage and extend the years that way people still get to stay in the home and banks...

adamk911 Im planning on turning the basement into a studio apartment and renting the upstairs 3 bed rooms 2 baths. Maybe after the market goes back up I might sell it I havent decided yet.

adamk911 Well I guess that is something you can do, I went and lent 3000 dollars to a friend of mine. But the agreement was to pay me back 3250 so it was like I gained interest on the loan. But that was something we both agreed on I dont know how that can work for you....
