adela56 i used to have weight problems, but i think it's all up to you. its all about discipline. control yoursrlf, but dont starve yourself to death. it takes time though but it is all worth it.

adela56 there are a lot of ways to succeed i life. lots of factors too. these are mine: 1)determine what your goals are: short-term or long-term goals. 2)well you have to have the courage and determination to 3)reach for these goals. go fo it.

Well, here's the continuation of my story at work. So ok, I quit, after 1 week of working, I finally quit. Because I can't take it anymore, I already quit my job in a hardware shop. I said I have more things to do at school.
