Ade Yes that's a very good strategy! I tend to block off certain nights for myself and my family but when work comes or when friends approach then these days tend to get filled up damnnnn

Ade Yup! I guess sometimes you have to commit to certain things first (like paying for yoga) before you actually start making time for it!

Ade Yes, but what I felt was that people tend to neglect the ones who are closer to them and treat strangers far better than their close friends or family so this is just a reminder to self (and whoever is reading this post!) :)
