Cooking to lose weight

I'm trying to lose weight but I'm finding it hard to cook different things because I'm so picky. I eat chicken and rice a lot but I'm not sure what else to eat. I don't really like vegetables which cuts down on my options....

admin786 I drink about 20 cups of water a day but didn't have any problem of water poisoning. I'm telling you this from my personal experience this thing actually work. If you can't drink that much water then at least drink 16 cups a day.

How do you think of fairness? I consider it fair when I am given something while others don't. Am I evil,or selffish?

admin786 You are not the only one who think's like that. This is human nature but you should also consider do you deserve that thing or not, if yes then it's fair.

admin786 You can eat whatever you want. Just drink a lot of water approx 5 litters a day and maintain the timing of your meals. Don't eat late at night. And do some work out if possible. This will surely reduce your weight without having you what to cook problem.
