adryqchjiusXx I'm the same with you, I sleep 3 or 4 in the morning and wake up at 9 to have my work.. Well, being exposed to computer can earn you bad things that can harm your health... My technique here is that I play lawn tennis at 4 in the afternoon to exercise myself...
