LOTR - Movie or Books?

Well i have read the Lord of Ring series and also seen the movie. I think the movie cannot do justice to JRR's vivid imagination and superb description. JRR is genious. What is your take on it?

aerisdark Huh...I didn't read the other responses first, and I'm agreeing with them as well. I think that they should only ban teens from "loitering" at the mall. If they are there making legitimate purchases, there should be no reason for the ban.

aerisdark No no no! I'm not saying she was DEFINITELY referred to as a "she" at any part of the movie, I just REMEMBER that because of my automatic assumption of her gender. Again, I've never really paid much attention to that before. :D
