There is this bird that disturbs the neighborhood in the early morning. It makes an ugly sound by 3am, and neighbors said it's a witch. Do you really believe it could a witch?

Namelesss @agmich224 There might be some that could influence a bird but I highly doubt they would physically turn into one, lol. Around here we have owls and they make a hellacious noise that could scare the pants off ya.
