Many people are afraid that eating instant noodles often will be unhealthy. It is true. But do you know that actually you can have it in a healthy way? For example, you can boil the water and then add the instant noodles inside....

Aidanwm3 Im the type of person who finds instant noodles quite salty, but what I've found is that they have reduced sodium instant noodles which in my opinion tastes just fine, contrary to my friends who hate it because of how bland it is.
