Many people are afraid that eating instant noodles often will be unhealthy. It is true. But do you know that actually you can have it in a healthy way? For example, you can boil the water and then add the instant noodles inside. Cook it for a while and then eat it. Besides, don't add all the spice and seasoning package inside the instant noodles. Usually I will add a little of it or I don't add it at all. After cooking it, I will add a little salt with soy sauce instead.

I do not think instant noodles is health.
When I take them, I will put an egg and some vegetables in it to make is healther, but I think the noodles itself is junk, I only take it when I do not have other to take.
The sauce with the noodles contain many kind of chemicals which is not good to health, to make your noodle healthier, you should get the sauce away and use some vegetable and a bit salt instead.

That is what we are doing Mavic ! Adding some green leafy vegetable , this is more healthier and tastier ! Being resourceful is the best thing that we need to do being in the era where all food are precooked and preserved. We can help buying it ,and its okay let us just add some ways to make our food nutritious and safe.

Unlike before when I was still teens I love to eat noodles, now it's quite different. My wife mixed the noodles with some vegetables and the seasoning inside she didn't used it to add the good taste. She used our normal seasoning at home.

THose noodles have alot of sodium in them and are not that healthy. It is good to add things to it or have it with a salad. Do you use the soy sauce with reduced salt?

Hi Youless, yes, the noodle is healthy but not the seasonings.
The chemicals are all in the seasonings.
I seldom add the seasonings, or when I do add it, I do not drink the soup.
I think boiling a piece of chicken bone before adding the noodle is good enough to provide taste to the noodle.
Just hope that they can come up with healthy seasonings, so that we can enjoy the food without worry about health.

You know the instant noodle a thing or two.I agree with you.The seasoning doesn't have any nutritional content in it,even it is likely to be unsanitary.I used to eat the instant noodles when I was on a business trip. Now I rarely eat it.Happy the Spring Festival!

Well, back when my Grandmother was alive, she used to cook these up quite a bit and then serve them with the meat, etc. as a cheaper side dish. She would usually also add in some vegetables or something to give it a little more flavor. But adding something like Soy Sauce is a good alternative, and a way to spice it up as well.

As far as possible refrain from taking instant noodles as these noodles are not good at all. They have zero nutrients and only keep us full temporarily. In the long run we get sick of consuming instant noodles regularly. The noodles itself is coated with preservatives and the spices contained too much aji.

Healthily? If you read the label, it is clear that instant noodles are not "healthy" even if one does not add all of the seasoning package.
If you're going to eat them, do so. However, don't tell yourself that what you are eating is healthy. It isn't.

With a fast moving world , i guess all are in rush for work and for business or for some other stuff and this mean health will bit suffer for we have no time to go to market and but fresh foods . We resort to what is available that could feed our hungry stomach , without anymore thinking what nutrients our body is getting like in numerous food chain that we have and those foods in cup and cans . Nothing so dangerous if seldom we eat it but if we always do then health would be at risk . If we will eat those noodles are extender would make it more nutritious such vegetables and eggs and a lot more in our garden , all we need is an initiative to do it. Remember health is wealth !

Im the type of person who finds instant noodles quite salty, but what I've found is that they have reduced sodium instant noodles which in my opinion tastes just fine, contrary to my friends who hate it because of how bland it is.

i just treat them as something that i have every so often which then means that i am not bothered by if its unhealthy purely because if i am being healthy the rest of the week then a treat once a week does not seem like a problem. i like to add pieces of chicken to the noodles though which is a nice addition to them.

Mostly I drain the water and add only soy sauce. My girls like them with an egg added in while the noodles cook. Its pretty good with veggies too. I usually just put the season pack somewhere that my step mom can use. She has a fit if I throw them away.

Noodles is one of mosat people choose when in a grocery store. Even myself too. But I stooped buying noodles because of a post in facebook that one of it's ingredients is somewhat like an ingredient used in styrophor(I am not sure of the spelling :-))
