HULYO Filipinos are dependent on rice. Rice has no fiber at all. Because of that we are pron to diabetes. We are the #3 diabetic country within Asia.

HULYO When I work in a 5 star hotel, the management decided to sell our old mattresses and people around are happy to bought some. It's still in good condition and the price are low compared to new mattress sold in different stores.
