People are busy investing things for their happiness but they forgot to invest for their health. Meaning, they prepare to buy appliances, cars and many others. They didn't even worried about their health until sickness or disease attack them. Do you think your body cost smaller amount or it cost more than a million?

@hereandthere we need to take ourselves because when we abuse it, we spent everything we save even our family if possible to sell we will do it to save our body or anybody in our family.

i am trying to live a healthy lifestyle, i make it a point to work out at least twice a week, eat organic foods, sleeping at least 7 hours a day and having a routine to have a healthy skin.

My health is my priority. Depending on what ails me is how much I spend on health.
