hereandthere @julyteen i wouldn't say i abused my body in terms of food and i never had vices, either, although i admit i have a sweet tooth, but i was just not an active person, so now i'm realizing that physical activity is also important.

hereandthere @julyteen i was thin most of my life, so i didn't exercise and played sports. now i know i have to learn to be active because i have become heavier as i've gotten older.
