hereandthere @julyteen i wouldn't say i abused my body in terms of food and i never had vices, either, although i admit i have a sweet tooth, but i was just not an active person, so now i'm realizing that physical activity is also important.

ryme bristol i am trying to live a healthy lifestyle, i make it a point to work out at least twice a week, eat organic foods, sleeping at least 7 hours a day and having a routine to have a healthy skin.
