any cure for my chapped hands?

I've tried to visit my dermatologist but I still experiencing chapped hands for almost 5 years from now.Please help I need your response with this...any remedy or cure.

when do you started to play basketball?

Me, since I was in my elementary grades I used to play basketball with my brother. No doubt, since then when I entered seminary, that's the only recreational game that we enjoyed.

airtime hi there,I'm trying to play football during my high school years but here in the Philippines we loved to play basketball. But my father never did participated in my sports.He was just my fan.My family is very supportive.
