Do you like to eat spicy or non-spicy food?

l loves cooking. It is one of my hobbies..Most of the time, l prefer to cook non-spicy dishes, so my child can have a share, too. But, l will cook few times in a week, spicy foods for consume to cleanse the body. Ever heard it?

ajjubaba786 i have also heard somewhere that spicy food helps to cleanse your body ,i eat spicy food once in a week.generally at home our food are not so spicy because my kids dont like hot food
