Do you associate happiness with sleeping? I think if you are in trouble, thinking more about problems and their solutions, you are not happy and in such a case you don't get a sound sleep. A happy mind gets a nice and comfy...

akinangel18 yes its surely associated wd happiness....and i read in news paper..that bad memory also leads to happiness...coz if we hav weak memory,we forget everythng easily..so anythng bad not affects us much.....so we can sleep wdout tension.........
