hey chain smoker can you stop smoking just only for a month?if yes good for you but if no why can't you quit, what do you feel if you can't smoke in a day?

alam0091 Yes my friend i have Asthama.doctor said i got it from my mother.because my mom also had asthama.i am have to take Ventolin(tm) 4 time in a day,pulmicort time in a day and flixotide 2 time in a days.and if i am breath problem any time i have to take also...

What is the best way to maintain concentration

Hey guys whenever i go to study I experience that I am losing concentration. Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to maintain my concentration and please tell me how to study more things within a short period of time.
