alecz23 Well that's why the number one cause of mortality in US are heart diseases...LOL but I'm not that against apple really, I'm just relating the popular phrase we usually know....But thanks for the facts I'm gonna eat apple for now on LOL...

alecz23 Well I think that's an old saying...well I think it's just funny and I really don't think its correct today...but eating apples are not bad at all...it contains vitamins and nutrients needed by the body... Thanks for the post...
