we all know that salvation is earned through christ, through his grace, and that it is a free gift that He offers us and is not really something we earn... so the question is, do you think we could lose salvation or not? this...

alekhine13 you sound like there's really no way to determine if we are on the right track or not... that sounds like a cruel God that even if we do our best to be saved, it's all just a game of luck wether you are on the right group or not... there's got to be a way...

alekhine13 well, that is quite dangerous... so what are your plans after death? Not that we really need to have a God of our own, but we can't already change the fact that we do have a God who has a hold of everything...

alekhine13 well, i read in the Purpose Driven Life book that the bible only obliges us to forgive, not to trust a 100% to the ones who offended us. The only point in forgiving is letting go of the hurt for your own benefit actually.

alekhine13 i actually doubt that coz nel said that he is voting bruce because they are no longer as close as before. It seems kind of a lame excuse for me cause even if they are less close than before, bruce still is his closest friend. So why not vote someone else...
