Would you donate an organ?

Just wondering what people's views are on this? I'd happily let anyone have my organs after I die if they can keep someone else alive, not sure about a kidney or something while I'm still alive, guess it'd depend on who it was...

alison6666 i think this a very serious subject close to my heart i had a kidney operation about 3 months ago it was discussed to me about i might need a kidney oviously family members are first choice but if that never hapened it would be up to other donors i was lucky...
