Stop Smoking

Smoking for over 15 years, it's so hard to start to stop it

alizenong Stop smoking just an idea for me now, but the act was nothing at all. The hardest way is the psychological aspect. Sometimes i feel my bodies has rejected the smoke, but not in my mind.
