alkivt that is what I am trying to do lately but the trust is gone and to do a good job you need to be able to talk more than the necessary limited work conversation. I should probably leave but finding another job now is difficult.

alkivt The thing is that he is good at hiding it. Only people very close to him can really understand what is really going on in his mind and how he operates. Eventually others will see it too I hope. Thank gabs8513

alkivt Yes you are right. But if you get invited for dinner to a family with 2 children, won't you take something for the kids (during the Christmas season)? Or you would simply take a nice bottle of wine or a pie? Would you ignore the kids that are expecting...
