Its like a bank, if you deposited a small amount in your account it will accumulate an interest.right?same as paying a house as rent to own,and in the near future you will be the owner of that house.

allanpabico Im not agree on what you've said!If i will be choose in one of asia's countries, I'm very much prefer to live in my country "Philippines"... a very hospitable one...that's all
