every time i make my target,i can keep it just for a short period of time ,then no enthusiasm... i know it's bad ,but it hard for me to stick to,so i wonder how people conquer it when they encounter similar problem

maybe from the movie crouching tiger ,hidden dragon,you may think chinese kongfu is just like magic ,but do you really think people with kongfu can fly,that might be absurd,now more and more foreigners come to china to learn...
