Hey everyone. if you ever had or still have anxiety, how would you handle it? its always good to talk about whats on our mind and its also nice to hear ideas and advicesis from others! :)

Tato i tend to do that was well. i mostly listen to music a lot to block my thoughts away. if that makes sense haha.

I suppose everyone here likes to listen to music, right? I don't know anyone who doesn't like it. Do you use earphones, headphones or do you listen to music without any kind of help (beyond your own ears, of course)?

Tato i use ear phones when im on the bus or in a public place. at home i use my headset sometimes if its night time. and most of the time i hear it on almost full blast from the speakers at home and just dances away lol. :D

Tato that is really amazing! i love bike riding as it is really relaxing and helps me with my anxiety. im not really going on bike riding anymore tho so i know how you feel when you said you miss it. it is great fun! :)
