Almaster0 human life is adaption. the problem with western health iss that we always change our diet. if we ate the same food everyday and it had basic nutrients we would live till we would all live to 101

Almaster0 i wouldn't mind living forever if i wouldn't age. Just in case there isn't an afterlife i'm going to try to live this life to the fullest without fear.
