alternatives I would say you have been very lucky to get good customer support from ebay. I won't bore everyone with my experiences opf customer support at ebay. Let's just say I am sticking with ebid.net ESPECIALLY with regard to their customer support.

I have read a few discussions here about ebay.com increasing their fees and I dont know what to believe!!!! I have received an email from ebay.ie stating price changes too, but they are reducing their insertion fees by up to 33%...
