Slice the pie how to increase star rating??

Can some people tell me how long the reviews have to be to move up a star ?? Whether I should rate only between 4-7 ?? How many reviews I need to do to get promoted ??? And Maybe some good examples of the reviews you do...

alvin munene i have just started of a few days ago and finding it also a bit hard to rate the singers as my bar keeps dropping
