Fear Of Making Money Online

The reason I fear of it is because my paypal is being hacked by someone which is a admin of a PTC Site( If I'm Not Mistaken) An amount of money at about $45 is being transferred from my credit card to the idiot's paypal...

amadifelix30 YES!!! I think you are right about that. People are afraid now because they feel there are no safe sites to transact business online now a days.
