The reason I fear of it is because my paypal is being hacked by someone which is a admin of a PTC Site( If I'm Not Mistaken)
An amount of money at about $45 is being transferred from my credit card to the idiot's paypal account.
I got this news from Paypal by email yesterday morning. While I checked my emails, I got 4 emails from Paypal said that I've sent $5 to xxx@xxxx.com for 4 times (Total $20) and another $25 which I didn't receive my email from Paypal but when I logged into Paypal, there's a $25 being withdrawed!
$20($5 + $5 + $5 + $5) + $25 = $45
I am very sad with this and I requested for a refund from paypal. I don't know whether I will get my money refunded or not?!
What do you think?
Yes or No?

yea.. but I think if you create a sophisticated password, that should not be a problem as they could not guess what is your password

If your account has been compromised then let the paypal support knows about it.change your paypal e-mail password and paypal account password but first scan your machine for virus and make sure its safe.I am sure you can get your money back just let the support team knows about it.

I do hop ethat you can get it refunded. And you might weant to change all your passwerods, emails and such... and tell them aboutthe email address it had gone to and hoping the report will help them to stamp it down before it gets too bad! Also... Pull your bank accoun from there and contact them and tell them the situation... they should be able to change the account details to ensure they acant withdraw anymore without you knowing!
Get onto it all now dear... as they have been able to acess your paypal account and take all details from your bank account to your profile... change it all! xxx
Wishing you luck xx

I have a credit card -I know I am not talking about Paypal and you are talking about paypal but hear me out- and the credit card company has me paying them for small things -like most credit card holders do at some point- like fraud insurance on my card and so on. Recently someone (from an online store) charged approximately $50 to my account and I phoned the credit card company for more information on this charge since I did not recognize the store's name on my statement. Since I have fraud insurance on my card and everything the credit card company credited my card and contacted the owner of the store that charged me $50 for no reason. The credit card company told me that if the store owner had some reason to demand money from me they would contact me and tell me so but no one ever contacted me and the charge was taken off my account. In your case Paypal is not paid by you -or any Paypal member as far as I know- to have something like fraud insurance so they are likely going to expect you to take it up with the guy who "hacked" your account if you want you money back and I don't think they'll do anything themselves, sorry!

Wow this really makes me sad and scared too. I don't want my pay pal account to be hacked wether or not it contains a lot of money, it still is hard earned money. I always believe that paypal is secure and safe. Now it makes me think of changing my password regularly so as to avoid any hackers from getting into my account. I'm very fond of earning online and I don't want to lose even just a single cent.
I hope that pay pal can resolve your problem soon.

Well it's seems strange because i belive that Paypal is the most secured payment method.
Howewer if truely you have found this trouble you can ask at the Paypal staff and explain they this reason.
I belive that can be a logical explanations.
However it's your right to have your money back

YES!!!
I think you are right about that.
People are afraid now because they feel there are no safe sites to transact business online now a days.
