What kind of exercise program do you have in the works?

I'm going to do some serious walking after the baby is born. I hope to get some light walking in beforehand. Is there any other light exercise I can do after a c-section and maybe while pregnant? I didn't worry about it so much...

amarie I really love the walk away the pounds dvd by Leslie Sansone. The next time you are walking in Wal-Mart check out her dvds. I think it will be a great investment for you. You will be able to walk at least a mile or two while your newborn sleeps....

amarie New York knew what she was getting herself into. Yes, her feelings probably will be hurt. I think she wants to be in a relationship with Tango but if VH1 chooses then she will have to go with Chance. Real wasn't funny enough to go to the top two.

amarie From what I've heard she let it slip on the Jimmy Kimmel show that she picked Tango. But I agree with the rest of you I think her and chance will be fun together. I would even watch a spinoff shoe with the two of them.

amarie I try to remember to pray but because I have a tv in my room, I ofter fall asleep and say a word of prayer when I roll over. I know thats lazy.

amarie For me it depends on what the situation is. If something happens and its truly sad then I can be emotionally week. If something happens to me and I don't want then I appear to be strong but I maybe week inside.
