Do not look at the Laptop screen for more than an hour.Take a Break after every one hour. This can be a 30 seconds break also. You will feel less stress !

Is your table salt getting moist ?

Salt generally in rainy season will get moist. To avoid this try putting some 4-5 rice grains into the salt container. The salt will not catch moisture ! Try It !
