amneris nice input pallidyne. i totally agree. but what if you're doing and/or investing something for your own improvement as well as the company's by taking a further study but you are not supported by the admin? just curious coz that's actually my real dilemma...

do you drink coffe in the morning?

because i use to drink coffe, for boster to wake me up everymorning, i feel like i still half wake-half sleep when im not dringking coffe. how bout you?

amneris you may be caffeine sensitive. i suggest you drink decaf. :)

How does one end Hyperhydrosis

I'm too embarassed to have this problem of sweating in the palms and soles. Someone has suggested me a surgery. Is it adviceable to go through one? Please let me know your suggestions if any. Its really embarrasing to shake hands....
