amneris nice input pallidyne. i totally agree. but what if you're doing and/or investing something for your own improvement as well as the company's by taking a further study but you are not supported by the admin? just curious coz that's actually my real dilemma...

amneris back in my college days, i've joined an international organization, association of nutrition, math club, and theater club and even got a special award during our commencement exercise for my outstanding involvement in performing arts. :)

amneris i drink my cup of coffee around 3 or 4 in the afternoon because that's the time when i really really get sleepy at work. :)

amneris coffee is actually good for the health as long as it's limited to 3 cups a day only. it has an anti-oxiative effect, which means it prevents our cells from being oxidated that causes aging and/or damage to some parts of our body... imagine a sliced apple...

I'm too embarassed to have this problem of sweating in the palms and soles. Someone has suggested me a surgery. Is it adviceable to go through one? Please let me know your suggestions if any. Its really embarrasing to shake hands....
