amrbassiouny Look it's all really simple. Forget all the bullshit sorrounding the herbal teas and the sweat suits and the marketing products...it's all sooo simple all it needs is just dedication and consistancy. Diet Exercise That's it. Just stay away from eating too...

amrbassiouny It's always important to have both. One is the content and the other is how the content is presented. It's like a book with an unattractive color, will you read it? A movie with a really bad trailer, will you watch it? And so on.
