what do you do to keep your computer running fast?

with my computer it slows down sometimes and i will go and get the crap cleaner and let that take care of deleting all of my cookies and things like that that i don't really need...and then i will run the defrag and get that done...

and555 My problem is same with you. But now my computer run faster with some software like SpeedUpMyPc, RegistryBooster, and SpyRemover. Thats software is Uniblue product. You can find them at www.liutility.com
